Website use and orders
Effective September 25, 2026. These terms govern use of StillHealthyClub.com and purchases from Still Healthy Club. By using the site or ordering, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies. You must be legally able to make a purchase and provide accurate order and contact information. We may refuse fraudulent or abusive orders and correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfillment. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled and provide an appropriate refund.
Products and Club membership
Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change. The final item, price, tax, and shipping charge are shown at checkout. Payment is charged through the checkout provider. Our Shipping and Refund policies govern delivery and eligible returns. We do not currently offer hemp, CBD, THC, THCA, or other cannabinoid products.
Still Healthy Club membership is a free, optional account and community program. There is no enrollment fee, recurring membership charge, or automatic paid renewal. Joining does not require a product purchase. Member content, invitations, and offers may change or end prospectively. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or misuse and will honor paid orders and rights required by law. You can request account closure or privacy assistance at Stillhealthyclub@icloud.com. Purchases and service bookings have their own checkout or booking terms.
Product information and site content
Our products and site content are for general wellness and information. They are not a diagnosis, treatment, cure, or substitute for professional medical advice. Read labels and ingredient lists; stop use if irritation occurs and ask a qualified clinician about individual health questions. Product results vary. No statement on this site is a promise of a specific outcome.
Site text, photos, and branding belong to Still Healthy Club or their licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission. We may update site content and these terms; material changes apply prospectively. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
